The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.With the exception of shipping for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's shipping dates reflect the week the order is placed.



• Return Policy
• We promise satisfaction with every product we offer. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must let us know within 2 days of receipt. If your shipment is lost or delayed you must let us know within 2 days of intended delivery. We do not offer cash refunds on any order including shipment delays. We do not offer refunds for delivery mistakes made as the result of not reading the instructions on the website or incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. We require the return any unused product to obtain a replacement. We will send you a replacement of your choice (same product or product of equal value) after your unsatisfactory product has been returned to us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If expedited shipping is requested or required, this will become the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Cancellations on shipping orders cannot be accepted. Jive Turkey reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

This company takes great care to inform each customer of the following: 1. Each turkey is fried in 100% peanut oil.
  2. Each turkey is shipped refrigerated and fully cooked and that each varies in size but is 10 to 12 lbs before cooking and serves about 10 people.
  3. Whole turkeys are thoroughly cooked to proper internal temperatures. We fry turkeys whole to ensure a juicy and moist result.
  4. Any red between joints and at the bone of a whole turkey can only be removed by carving the turkey and roasting it.
  
  No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Jive Turkey. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
